Four Nations Maths Challenge

Salcombe had a very special week this week being asked to host the second biggest National Mathletics Competition of the year!

Pupils at Salcombe have been battling it out since 9am on Monday. The dedication, perseverance and enthusiasm of the pupils was incredible!

What an amazing achievement! Vihanghi Rajapakse in 3H has gained 60,638 points so far during the challenge, featuring in Top 10 students!

Louis Seal in 5M is also position 92nd in Top 100 students with a total of 26, 483 points!

There is such an amazing Buzz among the pupils, everyone checking the leader board to see the School’s position! There is a real Maths Battle to keep our School in the top 15 schools, at the moment being position 14th!

Pupils at Salcombe have made us all very proud this week by showing such an enthusiasm, determination and very sharp Maths skills!
