This week finishes with the children completing their 100th day at Salcombe in this academic year. As is tradition, throughout the school, teachers swapped places for the morning to deliver a range of creative lessons. This year Salcombe celebrated St David’s Day as our theme as it coincided with our 100th day. All of the children and staff had a lovely morning looking at many Welsh associated themes including its History, it’s stories and traditions. The children made a Thunder of Dragons using a multitude of materials including wooden spoons whilst the children at Green Road learnt all about how Welsh warriors wore leaks in their helmets!
